    Station #1 is located in the heart of the fire district.  Just north of Southern High School and South of the Outer Loop, Station #1 is our "Head Quarters".  Built in 1974 this station has seen some changes.  In 1994 dorms were built for the career firefighters.

    There are 3 Platoons of 4 firefighters that run out of this station alone with volunteer firefighters  Also staffed at this station is the Chief, Secretary and our Maintenance department.  Units housed here are as follows:
